Mutual Ownership of Connection Media

1. Shared Proprietary Interest: By utilizing the CamConnect “Visual Recall” feature, both the User (the person providing the QR code) and the Contact (the person scanning) acknowledge and agree that any photographic imagery captured during the point of connection is a mutually owned digital asset.

2. Right to Retain: In accordance with the project’s goal of bridging the “Memory Gap,” the User and the Contact grant each other a non-exclusive, perpetual, and irrevocable license to retain the captured image within their private CamConnect directory.

3. Independent Deletion Rights: * User Autonomy: Any party has the right to delete the image from their own personal profile or dashboard at any time.

  • Persistence of Record: Due to the mutual nature of the connection, the act of one party deleting the image does not mandate the removal of that image from the other party’s directory. The connection photo serves as a historical record of a professional encounter for the remaining party.
  • Account Termination: If one user terminates their CamConnect account, any photos taken with existing contacts will remain accessible to those contacts to maintain their professional history and “Visual Rolodex” integrity.

4. Data Privacy & Usage: * Non-Publicity: These images are intended for private recall and internal directory use only. They are not made “public” on the Terabuilders.com ad listing platform unless explicitly shared or uploaded by the user as a product/service image.

  • Compliance: TDMS (Terabyte Digital Marketing Services) acts as the data processor. We ensure that these images are encrypted and stored securely on the terabuilders.com server infrastructure.
